नेपालका कारोबारी शम्शुलले नै यो आक्रमणका लागि उनीहरुलाई लगानी गरेको दाबी भारतीय प्रहरीले गरेको छ । अनुसन्धानपछि खुलेको विवरण अनुसार नेपालका यी कारोबारीले आईएआईलाई पनि लगानी गरिरहेको दाबी भारतीय पक्षको छ । २० नोभेम्बर २०१६ मा भएको कानपुर रेल दुर्घटनामा पटना–इन्दौर एक्स्प्रेस लीकबाट उत्रिँदा कम्तिमा पनि १५० जनाले ज्यान गुमाएका थिए ।

राणाले बताए अनुसार मोती पासवानसहित तीन आरोपीले कानपुर रेल दुर्घटनासँग जोडिएका कयौँ ठूला तथ्यको खुलासा गरेका छन् । एसपी राणाले भनेका छन, ‘शम्शुलले नेपालकै अर्का बृजकिशोर गिरी अर्थात बाबामार्फत कानपुर रेल आक्रमणको योजना बनाएका थिए ।’

मोतीले पुलिससँगको बयानमा भनेका छन, ‘पुखराया नजिकै रेलवे ट्रयाकलाई बम लगाएर उडाइदिएका थिए । यसका कारण २० नोभेम्बरको बिहानै पटना–इन्दौर एक्सप्रेस पुखराया नजिकै दुर्घटनाको शिकार भएको थियो ।’
एसपी मोदीका अनुसार यस घटनाका मूख्य योजनाकर्ता शम्शुलका भतिजा जियाउल हक र अन्य एकजना पनि सहभागी थिए ।

उनीहरुसँगै राकेश यादव, गजेन्द्र यादव र बृजकिशोर गिरीका साथै अन्य दुईजना पूर्वी चम्पारणबाट गएका थिए । यही समूहले पूर्वी चम्पारणको घोडासहनमा पनि अक्टोबरमा पनि घरेलु विस्फोटक पदार्थ लगाएर रेललाई उडाउने योजना बनाइएको थियो ।

यस मामिलामा अहिलेसम्म ८ जना गिरफ्तार भइसकेका छन् । यिनमा मोती पासवान, मुकेश यादव र उमाशंकर पटेल पूर्वी चम्पारणका घोडासहन निवासी हुन् । बृजकिशोर, मुजाहिर अन्सारी र शम्भु गिरीलाई नेपालबाट पक्राउ गरिएको हो । जुबैर र जियाउललाई भारतीय प्रहरीले दिल्लीबाट पक्राउ गरेको हो ।

गजेन्द्र शर्मा र राकेश यादवको खोजी भइरहेको छ । घोडासहनबाट २५ डिसेम्बरमा अरुण राम र दीपक राम वेपत्ता भएका थिए । २८ डिसेम्बरमा उनीहरुको नेपालको बारा जिल्लास्थित जंगलमा यी दुबैको हत्या भएको खुल्न आएको छ ।

Kulman Ghising expects public support to strengthen load-shedding free campaign

Executive Chief of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Kulman Ghising has expected support from the public sphere to strengthen the no load-shedding campaign.In his address to the unity conference of NEA Nepal National Employees Association ( NNEA) and National Employees Association here Friday, Ghising said he got information that a section of people who did not want to see an end to load-shedding were intended to cause damage to the NEA transmission system.He went on to say that despite challenges, the NEA was fully committed to expanding the no power outage drive (now in effect in the Kathmandu Valley) across the country, hoping for support from the civic-level towards that end.

Works were in progress with the intention of taking the NEA, which is presently in a loss to a profit-making company, within a couple of years, he added.Also addressing the program, Minister of State for Energy Satya Narayan Bhagat urged the NEA to focus its attention on the effectiveness of no load- shedding campaign and the control of power leakage.CPN (Maoist Centre) central member and Energy Department Chief Leelamani Pokhrel said energy was a base for country’s prosperity and the government should invest in it with open heart.

दीपकराज गिरी भन्छन-यूरोप यात्रा: ‘म ताक्छु मुडो, मुडो ताक्छ घुडो’ जस्तै भयो (भिडियो सहित)

काठमाडौं, ५ माघ । महिला निर्देशक दीपाश्री निरौलाले निर्देशन गरेको चलचित्रले मल्टिप्लेक्सहरूमा सय दिन मनाएर नयाँ रेकर्ड पनि कायम गर्यो चलचित्रछक्का पञ्जाले । चलचित्र राम्रो भएको समीक्षा आएपछि दर्शकहरू हलमा ओइरिए अनि फिल्म सुपरहिट हुन पुगेता पनि तर केही समयदेखि नेपाली चलचित्र बजारमा कुनै न कुनै माध्यमबाट चर्चा कमाइरहेको छ ।



यसै सन्दर्भमा चलचित्र प्रदर्शनको लागि भन्दै झण्डै एक महिनाको समय लिएर यूरोप टुरमा उडेका दीपक र दीपा समय अवधि नसकिदै नेपाल फर्कदै छन् । जानकारी अनुसार बुधबार नेपाल फर्कने भएका छन् ।


चलचित्र पाइरेसी भएपछि यूरोपमा बस्नुको अर्थ नभएको र पाइरेसी कर्ताले गरेको आत्महत्याले यूरोप यात्रा झनै खल्लो भएको भन्दै दीपक र दीपा नेपाल फर्कन लागेका हुन् ।चलचित्र छक्का पञ्जा पाईरेसी गर्ने युवाले आत्महत्या गरेपछि अहिले सामाजिक संजाल फेसबुकमा धेरैको गाली खाईरहेको दिपकले बताए । ८० प्रतिशत फेक आईडीबाट आफूले गाली खाएको दीपकले सोमबार स्पेनको बार्सीलोनामा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा बताएका छन् । अरुले गाली गरेपनि आफ्ना फ्यानहरु भने आफ्नो सपोर्टमा भएको दीपकको भनाई छ । नवल परासीका कृष्ण सुवेदीले चावहिलस्थित आफ्नै कोठामा झुण्डिएर आत्महत्या गरेका थिए । दीपकलाई छक्का पञ्जा पाईरेसी गरेका कारण कृष्णलाई टर्चर दिएको र बारम्बार आएको टर्चर सहन नसकेर आत्महत्या गरेको आरोप कृष्णको परिवार र आफन्तले लगाएका छन् । घटनाले मर्माहत भएका दीपकले नेपाल आएपछि सुवेदीको परिवालाई भेट्ने प्रतिबद्धता पनि जनाएका छन् । ‘एक हप्ता देखि म युरोप मा नै थिएँ । कल डिटेल त हुन्छ नी फोन गरेको पनि । त्यो देखार्ई दिनुहोस् म सजाय भोग्छु’ । दीपकले भिडियोमा भनेका छन् । पाइरेसी प्रकरणबारे दीपकले भनेका छन्,भाइहरुको जिन्दगी बर्बाद हुन्छ, साइवर क्राइममा परेपनि उनीहरु विदेश जान पाउँदैनन् भनेर हामीले अलि सचेत बनाएर उनीहरुलाई छाडिदियौं । तर, म ताक्छु मुडो, मुडो ताक्छ घुडो जस्तै भयो । भन्दै दु:ख व्यक्त गरे । - See more at: http://www.lightnepal.com/71033/#sthash.7dYSywII.Pyhzfyak.dpuf

कतिपयले ‘जाऊँ रमाइलो गरौँ, सबै खर्च म गर्छु’ पनि भन्थे । त्यसो भन्नेमा विवाहित बढी हुन्थे । २०–२२ वर्षका युवतीले पनि यस्तो प्रस्ताव राख्थे । ५–७ जनाले त्यस्तो प्रस्ताव राखेका छन् ।

कति भयो ट्याक्सी चलाउन थालेको ?
०६६ देखि ट्याक्सी चलाउन थालेको हुँ । म कलंकीमा बस्ने भएकाले त्यही क्षेत्रमा बढी चलाउँछु । काम पर्‍यो भने उपत्यकाभरि नै चलाउँछु ।


पढाइ कति छ ?
एसएलसी दिएर काठमाडौं आएँ । प्लस टु पढ्न भनेर कलेज त गइयो, तर क्लियर गर्न सकिएन ।

भनेपछि पढाइ छोडेर ट्याक्सी ड्राइभर बनियो !
म भर्ती हुन भनेर अर्घाखाँचीबाट काठमाडौं आएँ । कलेज पनि गइरहन्थेँ । त्यतिवेला दाइले काठमाडौंमा ‘नाइट ट्याक्सी’ चलाउनुहुन्थ्यो । सधैँ घरमा आएर पैसा गन्नुहुन्थ्यो । उहाँको कमाइ देखेर मलाई कलेज जानभन्दा पनि ड्राइभर बन्न रहर लाग्यो । अनि दाइलाई भनेँ, ‘म पनि ड्राइभिङ सिक्छु ।’ दाइको सल्लाहअनुसार तिनकुनेमा गएर ड्राइभिङ सिकेँ, अनि दाइकै ट्याक्सीमा हिँड्न थालेँ । त्यसपछि त दुई भाइले दुईवटा ट्याक्सी हाँक्न थाल्यौँ ।

अहिले कति वर्षको हुनुभयो ?
२७ वर्षको भएँ ।

ट्याक्सी आफ्नै हो कि साहुको ?
अहिले आफ्नै बनाएको छु । २२ लाख रुपैयाँमा किनेको हुँ । अहिलेसम्मको कमाइ यही हो ।

तपाईं त युवा मान्छे, विदेशको लत लागेन ?
पहिले–पहिले एकपटक त विदेश जानुपर्छ भन्ने लाग्थ्यो । जब विदेशमा गएकाहरूको दुःख, उहाँहरूले भोग्नुभएको कष्टका कुराहरू सुनेँ त्यसपछि विदेश जान मन नै लागेन । जे गरे पनि नेपालमै ठीक छ भन्ने लाग्यो । ट्याक्सी चलाउन छाडे पनि विदेश भने जान्नँ । बरु अर्को कुनै व्यवसाय गरेर बस्छु ।

ड्राइभरलाई कस्तो व्यवहार गर्छन् त ?
ट्राफिकदेखि सर्वसाधारणसम्मले रातो प्लेट र कालो प्लेटवालालाई छुट्टाछुट्टै व्यवहार गर्छन् । म कहिलेकाहीँ रातो प्लेट राखेर पनि हिँड्छु । त्यतिवेला ट्राफिकले पनि सम्मानजनक व्यवहार गर्नुहुन्छ । तर, कालो प्लेट देख्यो कि हेपिहाल्नुहुन्छ । सीधै ‘तँ’ भनेर अपमानजनक व्यवहार गर्नुहुन्छ, थर्काउनुहुन्छ । सबैलाई सम्मानजनक व्यवहार गर्दिए हुन्थ्यो भन्ने लाग्छ ।

ट्याक्सी चलाउन दिन नै किन रोज्नुभयो ?
दिनमा जाम र ट्राफिकको झमेला त हुन्छ । तर, रातमा जस्तो रिस्क हुँदैन भनेर दिनमा ट्याक्सी चलाउँछु ।

ट्राफिक कारबाहीमा कत्तिको पर्नुभएको छ ?
‘रङ पार्किङ’मा दुई–तीनपटक परेको छु । तर, काठमाडौंमा पार्किङको ठूलो समस्या छ । ट्याक्सी ड्राइभरले ठगी गरेर कमायो भन्नेजस्ता झुटा खबर बाहिर आइरहन्छन् । तर, यहाँनेर ट्याक्सीको पार्किङ बनाइयो भनेर कहिल्यै आउँदैन ।

बिहे गर्नुभयो कि छैन ?
बिहे गरेको भर्खर दुई महिना भयो । मागीविवाह गरेको हुँ ।

श्रीमतीले तपाईंको पेसालाई कसरी लिनुहुन्छ ?
राम्रै भन्छिन् । कुनै गुनासो छैन । आफू सही बाटोमा हुनुपर्‍यो सबै ठीक लाग्छ ।

गर्लफ्रेन्ड थिएनन् र ?
लभ गरिएन ।

कसैको प्रपोज आएन ?
यो लाइनमा हिँडेपछि अनेक कुरा भोगिँदोरहेछ ।

भनेपछि केटीहरूले मरिहत्ते गर्थे ?
